The Overland Essentials – Gear You Can Count On

At The Overland Essentials, we believe in equipping outdoor adventurers with gear that’s dependable, durable, and right for the journey ahead. We’re here to make sure you’re confident in what you buy—and if something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve got a clear, fair process for returns and refunds.


Returns

  • We accept returns of unused and undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process.

  • Please take clear photos of the item before mailing the return.

  • We cannot accept damaged returns.

We’ll contact you once your return is received and inspected.


Damaged Items

We pack every order with care, but if your gear arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll help make it right.

  1. Do not ship the item back immediately.

  2. Take photos of the damage upon arrival.

Restocking Fee & Order Cancellations

We move quickly to get your gear to you—but if your plans change:

  • Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee, even if the item hasn’t shipped yet.

  • For time-sensitive purchases, let us know. We’ll do our best to set clear expectations and keep you in the loop.
